A member at POL noticed that there is a change in the Robert Piguet website. It says "A unique and powerful fragrance from Robert Piguet will be unveiled soon - check back often for release announcements." Well, something powerful - they were quick to point out Calypso. So that got me searching, and I found this trademark: http://tarr.uspto.gov/servlet/tarr?r...entry=77885386 Just filed in December of 2009.

Yes, it's Calypso de Robert Piguet!

No press from the company so far, but here is a review of the original:
Quote:
...Piguet's Calypso olfactorily reflects the qualities of both spicy floral and green floral facets, resulting in a refined composition that alludes to both L'Air du Temps (its carnation tinged airiness) and Ma Griffe (its green buds on the mountaintop dryness)...

Has anyone smelled this in its original form?

Edit: I updated the trademark link which now works.
