Orient Extreme doesn't fare well in the limited reviews here (3/3/2), but I love my sample. Still, before I even consider hunting for a pricey bottle of what seems to be a discontinued scent (I don't see it on the Montale site), I should sample similar fragrances.
One BN reviewer called it "dry resin and wood. So dry that it almost had a musty, mousy odor about it." Another said it contains "a very rich, very expensive rose and a very good quality sandalwood."
