NYC Flatiron District Sephora Men's Offerings Suffer From Shrinkage

I'm in the Flatiron District quite often and occasionally stop by Sephora to see if there's anything new on offer. To my surprise they've moved and shrunk the men's offerings to the same side as the women's and replaced the original men's area with more cosmetics. Actually the Jo Malone Flatiron store is gone, too.
Is Sephora getting out of the fragrance business in the US? It feels a bit like when the CD stores, Virgin Mega and Tower Records, closed.

In the Bay Area (N. California), an SA at the Burlingame location told me that a number of stores pulled their Hermés and Cartier lineups from their store shelves and only the San Francisco location on Powell St. (that's a busy shopping area of SF) carries that stuff.

the SF Powell Sephora also moved the men's frags from one side to the other--they used to have men's on one side, women's on the other. As a result, their selection has markedly decreased.
