The 80s as I recall them involved the following:

Polo Green-totally defines the 80s.
Drakkar Noir-the spirit of the 80s night club scene
Aramis-worn by many Arab American males
Halston Z14-to this day, one of the best 80s nostalgic frangrance values
Calvin Original-Never copied, never equalled. For the young man not on the Polo bandwagon

Feel free to add to this.

On a side note, I recently bought a small bottle of Antaeus. It is positively DREADFUL! Last time i smelled something like that, it was in a bottle shaped like a dog and had an Avon label.

How could I forget Obsession? Certainly an 80s standby.

Whaaaat? No mention of:

One Man Show (defence-grade sillage out of the bottle)
Oscar de la Renta pour Lui (barrel-chested bully boy)
MCM Success (even some powerhouse aficionados fear this!)

I inadvertently forgot Quorum. Nice scent.
Some of the scent that were mentioned as being not listed here, are scents I have never heard of. I guess I also think of powehouse as something which was insanely popular.

I'll add : Paco Rabanne Tenere. Not as powerhouse like as some mentioned. But, it seems to have some kind of "macho-ness" to it. A rough edge, I would say.
