My first nausea fragrance: 1 Million.

I have never been nauseated by a fragrance before. Wow, this stuff is gross. Smells like candy vomit on a hot leather chair.

Put it this way: the fish cooking in my kitchen right now smells like a relief compared to this fragrance.

This is popular in Europe? Good thing I just got a sample vial. And good thing this isn't popular in the USA.

People are trying to compete with A*men and the like, this is what happens. Prepare

This has happened to me with Le Male and John Varvatos. It almost happened with 1 Million. I think I'm one drunken party while wearing this away from actually getting nauseous from it.

I haven't gotten nausea from a men's or woman's fragrance yet, they are all pleasant more or less, when compared typical bad or dirty/rotting smells.

But I agree, Paco's 1 Million is not to my liking, it has a certain "buzzy", "abrasive" basenote which makes me instantly dislike any scent that synthetic note is present in.

GREAT .... I was looking forward to taking it for a test drive.

And have they released a 1 Million version for women?

This is what the mainstream press thinks about 1 Million for Men:

SA in one of my favorite shopping mall fragrance stores bragged on this one. "Here bro, you gotta try it. . ." Imagine keeping a straight face. I had to leave in a hurry.

I didn't get nauseated at all. It didn't mind it as much as most on BN did. I gave it a neutral rating.

1 Million also gave me a headache which is a rare thing. It's wasn't necessarily a bad scent but it lasted way too long.

I love the smell of Dunhill Man. But, every time I wear it, I get a headache. So, I gave it to a friend whom was pleased to get it.

Isn't nausea just a normal stage of addiction?

It doesn't make me nauseous, but it is certainly a very crude and clunkly fragrance. It reminds me of driving an old diesel van, crashing noisily and jerkily through the gears. CLUNK! Into first gear and the top notes spew a cloud of noxious sillage, CRASH! into second gear as the heartnotes lurch drunkenly to take the wheel weaving all over the road. CLANG! Oops boys big momma is driving now finding every pothole in the road as the basenotes take over.

Someone actually sat down and thought about this fragrance when they were developing it?

Hard to believe, honestly it is.

But back on topic, the only fragrances to ever have made me nauseous are Farenheit and A*Men.

My nausea list consist of Angel Men & Egoiste. With Egoiste, I'm pretty sure I did throw up a little.

More interestingly, the other day I felt nauseous after applying Rochas Man - a fragrance which I own and love.

It didn't make me sick, but I was not too fond of it.

Earlier this week a colleague was fuming up his office with something that reminded me strongly of Versace's Dreamer. It's not available in this city so I asked. Turns out it was 1 Million. Nothing major, but far from nauseating, thank god.
