Common Male Scent Oils

Thread Starter
I'm just getting started in oils and perfumery, and wonder if someone can give me a short list of 5-10 oils commonly used in men's scents? I know there are tons and tons of possibilities, but from the research I have done I have the impression that some come up more frequently than others. I tend to like richer, perhaps woodier scents over pungent citrusy ones, but I'm a beginner so that may change. Any ideas appreciated. Thanks.

Oakmoss, patchouli, vetiver, pine, bergamot, sandalwood, lavender, ceder, frankinsense, lemon, and juniper are all commonly used essential oils in mens fragrance.
