Chanel No.19 edt for me today.

Went through lots of choice options this morning, and almost picked Eau de Patou, but to make a decision and get on with the morning it was No.19.

After sampling the new Voyage d'Hermes (I liked it) I was craving some dirty wood when I got home so a strange, but pleasing layering pair for the evening: YSL M7 and Bal a Versailles. The rich and dark oud and vetiver from M7 mixes nicely with the floral-amber and musky civet skank of Bal. Really lovely on a cool night.

Jubilation XXV from a sample, in 80F heat (just to see what would happen).

It's the damndest thing; in direct sunlight, the sillage seemed to just vanish, only to reappear indoors when I required it again.

Not only have I found an incense scent I really like, but it doubles as a butler, too.

Today I wore Sofron by Farmacia Annunziata

I was surprised to see that it is 40% off at Luckyscent. Perhaps I should have waited to buy it.
