How old does it need to be to be pre-reformulation?

Speaking of Cristalle by Chanel when did it ge reformulated? Knowing will help in the search for vintage juice. Is there a color difference? I seem to remember someone saying it should be yellow in color. Please confirm or correct.

It was reformulated within the last several years. It was still the same in about 2002 -2003, which is the last time I recall smelling it intact at a retail counter.
You can avoid the new look, at least.

I have a nice old bottle (from a curious old duty-free shop on the island of Jersey), and it is indeed a VERY light (primrose?) yellow colour. Smells stunning.

I'd like to revise that -- from 'primrose' yellow to 'straw' yellow
