again:

I didn't even want to try it in the store because it looks like a babybottle

I think I already said that in another topic, but I can't stop saying it!!

Maybe not the ugliest, certainly among the kinkiest.

The whole Montale thing........who on earth thought of that.

I told the FM people that I really don't like their home spray containers as well. Like small fire hydrants!

LOVE the skull bottle...now I would wear that as fun jewelery if it is not to heavy! Reminds me of Terry de Ginzburgs silver lip gloss medallions!

Terrible looking lacoste bottle.

Dishonourable mentions include anything by Ed Hardy, CK Shock and I think the Tom Ford (Non-private blend) look pretty cheap also.

Ugly red plastic box.
this is a funny thread; a couple of nice bottles here and there, and then some truly hideous ones.

i can't think of any good additions for now, sorry. it's bedtime and my mind goes blank.
i kind of like most of these 'fun' bottles that -unsurprisingly- get so much attention on a thread like this. i much rather look at that, than some serious 'design' (hugo boss for instance, looks as boring and ugly as they smell.)

someone even mentioned the thierry mugler star bottles! i think these are fantastic!

my contribution isn't going to be as much fun as some others, just plain ugly in a boring and cheap way,

they make me wonder, who likes this sort of thing?

Just saw this lovely flanker not too long ago:

Didn't think it could be worse than the original:

Big, plastic obnoxiousness. Ugh.

Oh, and that Princess Night in person..that is one awful bottle, lol. It's like the bottle has a cast on it covered with glitter. lol. When I saw it in the store, I was like..omgosh. It's really bad in person!

To me, the whole Casamorati 1888 line from Xerjoff

My vote goes to:

Something about that fake plasitc marble cover, the HUGE text, and the vomit color scheme just screams TACKY to me. I can't stand it. Is that supposed to be a crack in the marble or a lightning bolt? Either way it looks stupid.

On the other hand, I really love the JV Artisan bottle. I never realized that it was such a controversial design.

Animale Animale. ^^^^^^^ They should pay us for buying such a gem of designer.

I have to side with Duc on that J.V. bottle, lol, no baskets on my fume bottles, lol

+1 On Omnia bottles..lol..I have a funny story about Omnia bottles. Well, I went to sniff that Coral one..and the sales guy gets excited about how they have minis of it in stock. So, he gets one out, and he can't open it. So, I thought, I figured it out once, maybe I try..couldn't do it. Then he tries again..really hard..that when the top came off, the side of the lid(being metal) cut his poor finger and was bleeding! Blood running down his finger. I was like, omgosh, you ok? He's like ya..fine. As he's bleeding and getting a band-aid. And the other sales people came and asked if he was ok..seeing that he was bleeding. Ok, not really funny but lol..kinda..just cause Omnia bottles..are quite puzzling actually! Lol...the minis anyway!

I find the Paco Rabanne 1 Million and Thierry Mugler Alien bottles quite unattractive

+1 on that. I'm still not quite sure how I feel about the rubber A*Men bottle either, but at least I'll give it points for originality.

Maybe not the ugliest but a real pain in the ass to spray..

Sorry, but no-one is allowed to hate that Moschino bottle! It's based on Olive Oyl from Popeye. How can anyone hate Olive Oyl??

This is a flanker of Alexander McQueen's "Kingdom." The original is red. I like this bottle. It represents the human heart. The shower gels/body creams all came in bottles that looked like blood drips. Never could get used to the smell.

There's too much ugliness in this thread. I choose to counter it with something beautiful from Rene Lalique for Lucien Lelong (you may find it ugly.)

Got me for a second there! When I first saw the pic I was like "No way, those bottles are beautiful!" I was going to write a fiery rebuttal, and then I read your comment.

this is wrong on so many levels:

tacky and plastic looking,
a horrifying snowglobe appearance,
and what's religion got to do with fragrance? (other than that I'm saying prayers nobody buys this for me)

This beats even, Head Over Heels, for ugliness
