Another day, another poll. This time LE Labo is under scrutiny. Do you like any of them? WOuld love to hear your thoughts and your vote. Could any moderators help by cross posting this the male fragrance site and collate the votes....could be a good survey to collate both male and female votes.

I voted for Patchouli 24, Le Labo is not one of my favorite houses. I do, however, like the medicinal, acrid accord of P24.

Rose 31 by far.....

A couple years back I went to their place in NYC, very hospitable people, let me sniff everthing even the ingredients in the fridge. Iris 39 was the one I felt best with but bought nothing. Neroli 36 was nice but there's too much neroli in the marketplace to justify that price tag. Left the shop, went to Aedes and bought some things there, instead.

"Interesting" scents, I guess ,but not compelling enough for me to buy at the high prices.

Ditto. It's never going to be an all-time favorite of mine, but there's something appealingly ashen about P24.

I don't dislike Le Labo, but none have jumped out and made me think "must have". I am curious about the Oud, though, as it smelled intriguing on card.

I too have been impressed by Patchouli 24 for its evolving, smoky masculine appeal, like a somewhat richer version of Serge Noire. Rose 31 is not bad but it gets a little tiresome after a while... I'm waiting to sample Labdanum 18. Anyway I find a few of them decant-worthy at least but somehow never FBW.

I voted for Poivre 23, but Aldehyde 44 is tied in first place too.

I went looking for another fragrance I could alternate with Frederic Malle's FRENCH LOVER & Killian's CRUEL INTENTIONS, and actually bought Byredo's ROSE NOIR......until I tried Le Labo's LABDANUM 18. I was sold on it. It smells like a very likeable version of MUSC RAVAGEUR. It is something you can wear daily. FRENCH LOVER, better watch it, you've got competition!

The Oud 27 is very nice too, I was fortunate to win a generous sample - would buy if they discounted it! I spent too much on Iris 39 at their laboratory-like shop!

I've only tried 2 Le Labo but I already thought Rose31 is the best!
