Undereye puffiness. Need suggestions on cosmetic remedy.

Greetings! I am being treated for sleep apnea with a bipap machine that helps me breathe at night. It works well but, since I have to wear a full face mask bound tightly to the face I wake with very puffy and sagging undereye skin. My question to all of you who have expertise in comsmetics is; what kind of product and/or regimine should I use to thwart the puffines and sagging skin that the mask, under pressure, causes. I appreciate your time in responding to this message.

try: a spoon from the freezer first thing in the morning (warm it slightly with your hand and be sure your skin is not wet) ... gently massage the area.

I've heard that an application of (of all things) Preparation H will help. YMMV

spent cool teabags over the eye area for a few minutes after waking up... I'm guessing that if you choose the right tea it could also help. I'd go for Earl Grey because I love the bergamot.)

cucumber slices

I think I've covered all the traditional femme remedies for puffy eyes. When I am in allergy season I often wake up looking like I've been punched and have tried all the above. I would say some cold compress, maybe one of those "sinus masks" might actually do a good job, you could keep it in the fridge and just sit reclining for 5-10 minutes in the morning.

use of a neti pot or saline nasal wash should help flush out the junk that is trapped in your sinus area, which may be contributing to the puffiness

That would be a good thing to do and follow up with the cold compress, I think... good suggestion!

No sugar or salt consumption before bed.
Sleep with your head slightly elevated to allow fluids to drain downward away from the face.
And apply this stuff (marketed for dark circles, but I find it depuffs both the upper & lower lids):

**I realize your puffy eyes are mechanically induced, but sugar, salt, and sleeping flat can worsen puffy eyes. (Sleeping face downward is also apt to cause puffy eyes, but I think you couldn't sleep in that position with the mask anyway.)
