Prada Infusion d'Tuberose

Well I got the chance to sniff it today. No samples yet.

Now I love my tuberose medical, think Serge Lutens Cedre and Tuberose Crimminelle.

So I sprayed the card, oh lovely light floral nothing sickly sweet going on. Infact so impressed decided to hell with it and sprayed the back of my hand. I was already wearing vintage early 80s Femme edp. So back of the hand it was.

Stunned! Shocked!!!! I got soap, yes bland non fragranced soap. No hints of floral notes at all. Kept sniffing the card to make sure but hell no just soap on my skin. Oh dear. Waves a fond fairwell to Prada Infustion d' Tuberose.

So now to try the new Givenchy.

I thought it was OK, but nothing special. I did like it more than the new Infusion de Vetiver.

You should try the new L'Artisan Nuit de Tubereuse if you get a chance.

I tried it at duty free and it didn't seem anything too special to me.

I liked it too! It's green and fresh with an interesting tea like note buried somewhere in the middle. I may think about buying it.

I was underwhelmed. My thoughts can be summed up by "Fleur du Male Light".
