just received 4 samples of CDG kyoto, avignon, MPG parfum d' habit and ambre precieux. let me just say that kyoto and avignon are strong. they are very very interesting. i have never smelled anything like either one of those. these two almost make me sick. parfum d' habit has so many different things going on with it. i smell pine, sandalwood and several other things i can't pinpoint. ambre precieux was nothing special IMO. a basic powdery amber. i really like parfum d' habit but it's no santal noble. by far my favorite from this house.
