Cool Water 'Ice Fresh' is definitely worth a sniff!

I tried this today. Whilst I don't really appreciate the similarities between the original and GIT, this one is VERY similar to GIT. The dry down is practically identical to my nose. It's like GIT mixed with a bit of Virgin Island Water. I'll definitely be picking this one up.

I dont know.
I'l most likely get it for collections sake but I wasn't impressed when I sniffed it a couple of days back. Too fruity, too messy, too synthetic.

Thanks for the heads up! I'd probably give this a sniff if I come across it in the aisles. But frankly I'm kinda tired of these numerous Cool Water flankers. Davidoff really should stop hitching every other release on their golden egg-producing 'Cool Water' goose. That goose is old...and dead tired.

A wonderful aquatic fragrance... Especially for this summer. Better than GIT.

Where can I try this? Not at macys or nords yet...

It'l pop up everywhere sooner or later.
Saw it for the first time a few weeks back in a smaller, well organised perfumery but the big shots dont carry it yet, either.

I just bought this blind. My 3rd blind buy ever. First 2 were a miss for me. Hopefully 3rd the lucky charm. Otherwise, I'm striking out of this blind buying business, But to be fair, I can't find this anywhere in store to test.

I like the original CW. But find it a little too subdued sometimes. Too dull. Which is why I prefer GIT with it's bright violet notes in the heart of it.

Hopefully the summer citrus addition to Cool water with this Ice Fresh flanker will improve the original. I can hope that it does!

Sounds like id like this, can anyone comment on sillage and longevity?

Just got mine in the mail. Been about 30 minutes. Nothing special. You're not missing anything. Not great sillage as far as I can smell, and even when smelled close, smells like the same "musty" Cool Water with MAYBE a slight synthetic lemon note, but hardly "ICE FRESH".

To "VITO", mystery 1 post user, this is NO WAY better than Green Irish Tweed. Not even close.

Save your money. Better off buying the original, I find that a bit better. I'm pretty disappointed, but hey, that's the last blind buy I'm ever going to do.
