I've tried kouros. I'm not a fan of heavy, musky or spicey scents that's for sure.

Perfumania where I go actually has a solid collection of fragrances, they have tons of hard to find designer ones that macys, nords, ect.. do not carry any longer. Plus they usually have good sales (buy 1 get the other of same or lesser value for 50% off).

See if they have The Baron back in a corner behind the cash registers or something. It would be on a very high or very low shelf. Also see if they've got Givenchy Xeryus.

Check out Armani Diamonds and Versace Man (purple bottle). Both are excellent choices for night and aren't as popular as Armani Code and Versace Man eau Fraiche.
