What are the chances of this being the real deal?

I was interested in some Creed Prive Tabarome and found this:

Got quite excited at first but then got cold feet wondering about its authenticity.

Any advice? I don't want to drop some big cash on this stuff only to find out its got civet urine in it.

I am sure it is real. However, it is not available from that site - and hasn't been for a while.

I'm sure they'll get a new shipment in any day... Seriously, can you imagine how many of those they would sell at that price? Crazy. It's probably been "unavailable" for like 3 years.
