Started the day in my latest acquisition, Body Kouros - which I washed off after washing the car and mowing the grass. I suspect I'm allergic to it. I have to say, it reminds me a lot of Chergui (which I am happily NOT allergic to). Probably going to trade or give it away. Now on to Dior Homme Cologne, which is in heavy rotation these days. It's a bit lighter than Dior Homme, a bit more wearable. Frequent reapplication happily necessary.

I wore the incredible Xerjoff Modoc today - one of the most unique iris scents I've smelled. I'll be putting photos of the bottle up on my blog in the next few days.

This evening I wanted to continue the iris theme and went with Iris Poudre by Frederic Malle. They're both clearly high quality and with great ingredients, but it's amazing how two iris centric scents can be so polar in feel.

Man, I love this hobby.

Morning: BPAL, Venice
Day/Evening: Robert Piguet, Bandit

I still think that at full perfume oil strength Venice is horrid, but diluted to EdT or EdC strength in a good carrier oil, it's a nicely sensual jasmine scent.

I'm wearing this a lot. Really getting into a groove with it. It's limited availability may scare me into hoarding...
