New Parfums D'Orsay boxes

(Yes, I know the Comte was not really a parfumeur....)

I have the old Le Dandy boxes in white (and also the Etiquette Bleue and Arome Trois in the respectively navy blue and hunter green striped boxes), but it looks like Le Dandy has a new look in the box: basic black and now with a little top hat emblem.

I will make Le Dandy my SOTD tomorrow!

Wonder if they have changed the juice too. I'm very curious about le dandy, but it's so hard to find someone that sell it and ship it to Brazil =/

I don't recall a pineapple accord in the older version. Maybe they DID change the formula. I liked the 1990s version, which is hard to find.

I also noticed the silver bottle caps are now gold-toned.

The box is very nice.....Thanks for the info.....I also hope that they have not changed the scent itself.....Gary

No, the earlier versions of the 1990s Le Dandy were in the white box and in the eau de toilette form, which you can still find:

Yes, they changed the formula, mes chers amis.

Old eau de toilette:
Top: Rhum, whiskey, Pineapple, plum, peach, apple
Mid: Ginger, asian cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove
Base: Sandalwood, cedar, oakmoss, patchouli, tonka bean, peru balsam, Siam benzoin

New eau de parfum:
Top: Rhum, whiskey, peach, pineapple, plum
Mid: Ginger, nutmeg, cardamom, cinnamon, clove
Base: Sandalwood, benzoin, patchouli, tonka bean, peru balsam, tobacco
