Summer fragrance suggestions?

Hi everybody-
I am not usually much into perfume, but I guess spring put me in the mood to try some at the perfume counter when I went by. I really liked the kind I tried, Burberry Brit, so I bought some, but some of the reviews I read said that it's not so great for summer wear. It's not that warm here yet so it still seems fine to me.
I was wondering if Bvlgari Au the Vert would be a good summertime scent. It sounded interesting from what I read about it online, but they didn't have any at my local Macy's. They did have the Blanc from them, which I did kind of like. I thought Burberry Summer smelled more like cleaning supplies than perfume. I am 44 and female. Thanks for help!

I always fall back on Jean Nate or Eau Sauvage. To my (la)nose these are the most refreshing on the hot humid days of NYC . When things get really steamy, Guerlain Vetiver is my choice.

I second Eau Sauvage and Guerlain Vetiver. These are my two favorites and I wear them all year.

I highly suggest True Religion for a great summer scent. It takes a lot of the aquatic nature from Bvlgari Aqua and adds a citrusy / floral edge to it - very fresh and very unique.
