scent monkey has a 100ml tester for 20 dollars, and it seems a lot of online shops carry it.
I feel a bit tense that you won't be smelling it yourself though.

I've never smelled either one of them, but Cynthia Rowley created Flower and Petal for Avon and they come in these super-cute bottles. Flower is white and it's for women, and the pink bottle is Petal, for little girls. You can find it online at Avon, and I think it's on sale at the moment if you want to check it out.

How old is she?
Harajuku Lovers are really pretty bottles, my younger sister (10 yrs) loves her "Music".

The DKNY apple perfumes are also apropriate for young girls.
And maybe also Cacharel: Amor Amor or Promesse (very princess-y!)

I got my daughter Disney's Belle and she loves it. It's very mild and smells good (soft vanilla). Also inexpensive and available online. She's 3.

I think the Love + Toast line would be great for a little girl! Sweet, inexpensive, and adorable packaging.
