Shipping of 'fume to UAE?

Anyone has had any experience of shipping fragrances to the United Arab Emirates?

Please let me know as I have someone who's interested but I am a little reluctant to post there as I have no prior experience with it.

I haven't shipped to the UAE, but I've shipped to KSA with absolutely no problems. Not sure if this helps...

I once shipped to KSA man and apparently the expensive package never reached. Hence the reluctance to post to the Middle East.
Did you use tracking mail when shipping to KSA, Matt?

Gupts, I most definitely did. I shipped it registered so there was a tracking number given. Sorry to hear about that misfortune, mate..

I don't know about the UAE, but I'm from Qatar and I've bought tons of fragrances, creams, lotions, shampoos, etc...over the years and all of them arrived safely; sometimes it takes longer than usual at customs, but the items do arrive sooner or later. I think that the UAE would probably be a safe bet because it is a developed country and has a more sophisticated postal system than say KSA or Oman.
