L'Artisan Parfumeur Verte Violette

Hey guys, this one has intrigued me for probably 2 years now, and yet I manage to find ways not to sample it. Are there any fans of it out there? The two fragrances I'm using as reference for violet are Bleecker Street and Burberry Touch. Anyone who's tried them, can you compare them to the above two fragrances? Thanks!

I have not tried the Bn9 or Burberry you mentioned. I tested VV once. It was sort of a ho-hum violet fragrance, I was slightly underwhelmed. I might need to hunt down my old sample and try it again.

I bought this 2 years ago and gave it to my wife. It seems like it was meant more for her than for me.

This one didn't work for me; it reminds me too much of Mimosa Pour Moi (which also contains notes of violet leaves and cedar), and a powderiness that didn't sit well with me. I had several samples but gave them away.

It is meant to smell primarily of violets, while the other scents you mentioned are not violets primarily.
