Michael Kors as a poor mans substitute for Amouage XXV

Could Michael for men be an adequate poor mans replacement (after the boozy opening) for Amouage XXV? What do you all think.

It's bit a long time since I've worn Michael Kors, but based solely upon distant memory I don't think they're much alike.

I'm a big fan of both of these. Michael for Men is one of my regulars; it has a great tobacco note. However, Jubilation XXV has oud and frankincense which is not duplicated.

I have a sample of XXV and a full bottle of Michael for men. I don't find any similarity.

I think Frapin's 1270 scent is more of a substitute for Jubilation XXV than Michael Kors. It is cheaper than Amouage's offering and the scent is not as loud as XXV can be.

Not at all, Michael Kors Men doesn't have so much in common with Amouage XXV to be a substitute, even a poor one...
