Yesterday, Lys Bleu by Parfums d'Orleans...a fruity find from Wolfie (where does she GET these things??!!) which I must somehow lay my hands on.

And today - thanks to Chaya - more of the sublime Vert Pivoine by Histoire de Parfums. On me this is not very vert but VERY pivoine and I must also get the clams for this one.

A) Am I not TOTALLY blessed in my BN friends??!! And
B) Does it not cost me money???

It's been stifling hot here today, so I spent the whole day at poolside No SotD therefore, but SotE had to be "Une Fleur de Cassie" by EdP Frederic Malle. I really like it at dawn when it is hot and no breeze... somehow this opulent frag and the summer warmth compliment each other so nicely.

My Xerjoff sampling safari continues with Esquel. So far it smells like a men's shaving product and I'm not liking it. Maybe it will change if I give it a chance.

The sun came out, yard work happened, and Encre Noire faded. An early afternoon lecture on early 20th century fashion inspired Antaeus for the evening.

Except for the remnants of yesterday's late evening V&R Antidote, and some Allure Homme Edition Blanche (wonderful stuff) on my hands from combining several samples into a big decant, I went scent free today.

However I wanted to post to congratulate David on his graduation and wish Duc a Happy Birthday.
