Can any of you help me identify this fragrance?

I recently found an old empty bottle of a cologne that my father owned, but I can't identify it. There are no words at all on the bottle, no label on the bottom, no other identifying marks that I can tell, etc.. My Dad doesn't remember what it was.

Though the bottle is empty, I can tell that a greenish, mossy fougere was once in it, based on the residual smell of the bottle. It smells great, like a 70s or 80s fougere (reminds me a little of Paco Rabanne), and this is why I want to know what it is, so I can buy a bottle. The bottle is a splash bottle, probably a 3.4 oz. size.

Here are two photos I took:

Any thoughts on what this could be?

It reminds me of the bottles of J. Del Pozo's Quasar or Adventure Quasar, but that's can't be it because those are round. Wish I could help.

Yeah, I was wondering about that too, since the bottles are somewhat similar. I read the reviews of both Quasars and they don't sound like they smell like what I'm smelling from this bottle.

I'm dying to know what this is because it smells so good. Any other thoughts?

I'm wondering if it's an Avon or Yves Rocher frag.

It is Quattro by Mary Kay, I am sure.

Thanks a lot guys! It's apparently discontinued, but still available pretty reasonably on eBay. I'll put it on my wishlist.

I didn't even know Mary Kay made men's frags until I read your responses yesterday, which in turn inspired me check out their website. I just ordered a bottle of their Tribute for Men, which sounds like a nice strong green frag, so maybe a Mary Kay social group is in order soon!

I want to thank you guys again for helping me ID this frag. I was able to score a bottle of Quattro (now dc'd) for a very reasonable price on eBay, and lo and behold it smells exactly the way I expected it to: dry, green, mossy and just great. This is an excellent masculine chypre.

Now that sounds good!

I've heard that May Kay makes pretty good mens frags but I've never smelled one. I've had my eye on Tribute for awhile now but it keeps getting bumped down my list.

My first thought when I saw the bottle was also Quasar but I knew that one was round.

I recently bought Tribute too, and it is very good. It is an 80s styled powerhouse scent. I recently posted a review of Tribute in the Reviews section. I do prefer Quattro though.
