Happy National Splurge Day!

National Splurge Day is a day to treat yourself excessively, to anything you want - and to excess if you desire. Isn't that a great thing?

Celebrate this day to the fullest degree. Treat yourself to whatever you want and to excess (like that vintage Guerlain or expensive niche you have been eyeing). For this is a day to splurge. Do so without worry or concern...until tomorrow.

This is hilarious! I'd never heard of either National Splurge Day nor World Toilet Day (Nov. 19) until now.

Maybe I'll combine them-- splurge by getting a new toilet? Our old one gives us too many problems! Hubby has the plunger out all too often.

I am at an international food and wine festival today and tomorrow. How appropriate. I already splurged on a bracingly expensive room service breakfast today. And of course I tracked down the local high-end fragrance shop yesterday when I arrived. I have three fragrances I'm debating whether or not to buy. This thread is talking me into it. I should buy all three in the spirit of National Splurge Day!

Too bad Nat'l Splurge Day couldn't coincide with my next paycheck. I've actually splurged a lot in the last couple weeks. Hmm, that sounds kinda dirty.
