SotE - Frederic Malle’s Editions de Parfums sample of Geranium pour Monsieur.

I know it's the winner of the FIFI UK FRAGRANCE AWARD 2010 in the best new independent niche fragrance category, but personally I can't see why all the fuss with this one. I had to try it though, the temptation got the better of me lol, but it's not my cup of tea unfortunately

I noticed someone wearing what seemed to be a dry 'contemporary' Citrusy Wood a couple weeks ago (in Spain). I can't get it out of my mind. It could very well have been something else but it just might have been Hinoki - in retrospect. Are there any other obvious candidates for a dry Citrusy Wood - with good sillage?? I'm kicking myself for not having gone back to ask what it was.
