the "Awesome" category.

haha... no really i'd say Green/Floral.

i don't get an aquatic vibe from it at all, but whatever...

I'd call it a green aquatic............I think the aquatic vibe is in the opening. Gotta buy some more.

Violet overload? LOL.

Green/floral is most appropriate.

For the life of me I could never figure out why some classify it as an "aquatic"...I guess there are oceans and beaches around the world drowning in violet leaves..

Yup. Pretty much smells green-floral to me. I never get the aquatic vibe nor the 'much talked about' similarities with Cool Water either.

This is probably closest to my current perception. On another thread, our local CPL perfumer David classified Cool Water as a citrus fougère and not an aquatic. I checked out Cool Water shortly afterwards, to see if I could perceive it that way. Not only was I totally seeing that combination, but (a) I was suddenly 100% on board with GIT similarity, AND (b) it sort of stole the magic, just like when Turin said chypre comes crashing off the wall when you "get" the components.
