Im testing out the EdT version which I've heard isnt a ton different than the EdP, but man, what a fantastic scent. And lasts a nice long time. I get a lot of anise from this which I love. Any other fans of Opium?

Every woman I've ever met that's tried the feminine Opium has hated it. A couple men I've known have had Opium PH (I don't know EDP/EDT) and it seemed nice, but I've yet to give it a real try.

Count me in!

I consider purchasing Opium pour Homme pretty soon, since this is one of my favorite evening-wear frags, very complex, non-generic and with record-worthy lasting power

You're right, it's not a ton different from the EDP, but it is different. I prefer the EDT because it's sort of crisper than the heavier EDP.
But the EDT is only good for about 9 hours or so, whereas the EDP is good for about 15 hours.

Which means that if you're afraid that you'll forget to put it on next morning when you wake up, you can always put the EDP on before you go to bed, and have it working well for you most of the next day.

Yeah, it's been almost 8 hours for the EdT and Im still smelling it quite easily! Great stuff. Haha, I dont think the EdP is for me, 15 hours!!

I really like Opium PH, and I own the EDT, like most people. I have never tried the EDP but fans of the EDP claim that it's a lot different from EDT. I don't know. The EDT suits me fine. I've actually learned to wear it and enjoy it in the heat of summer too!

I get excellent longevity from it, about 12 hours.

Opium is superb, especially the EDP!

Don't forget about the Eau D'Orient version.

I dislike the EdT emmensly,
whereas I find the EdP to one
of the best pour Homme on the
market ... I find them miles apart!

I've tried the EdT, and I'm not a fan. As a matter of fact, considering that it hasn't been around that long (15 years), it smells very dated to me.

I do like the Eau d'Orient though...

EDP is very nice..

I really can't stand how the EdT dries down, but I like the top notes enough that I'd be willing to try the EDP someday.

I enjoy both formulations.
