Wearing fragrance in bed....

Do you wear fragrance to bed? I see it as more time to enjoy our passion for scents! I typically wear scents with more sillage and longevity, so I can still smell them when I wake up during the night. What are your favorite scents in the bedroom?

Always ... and like miss Monroe; nothing else!

I bathe immediately before bed and I always put on a lavender frag just prior to crawling into bed. Usually Caron PuH or Azzaro's Pure Lavender. I love the aromatherapeutic effects and also the lingering smell of lavender on my sheets.

yeah I do. what I wear depends on why I'm going to bed though...

before sleep I like to wear lavender, jasmine, rose or musk.

Yes, most of the time. I tend to spray something on 1-2 hours before bed-time, especially if my evening scent has well worn off by then (I tend to sleep really late).

I almost always wear perfume to bed. Usually I'll bathe and apply a new scent for the night. Even the subtlest and most fleeting scents are a pleasure to wear this way -- although I'll wear a powerhouse, applied lightly, if the mood strikes me.

Funny story. I'm usually up much later than my partner and often come to bed after he's already asleep. This past Sunday night, he found himself half awake and became concerned when he noticed the smell of something burning. Then he realized it was my cologne. I had applied Yatagan that afternoon.

Sometimes i wear it just to test or if i feel like smelling something, but usually no.

Ironically i couldnt sleep and i've been having severe insomnia problems this past week after a breakup. Whatever
And thats why im up now and posting something lol, well im off to try to get some sleep again.

I wear anything depending on my mood. I just don't wear the strong ones like Kouros, Bel Ami, etc.

Absolutely every single night, pretty much without fail. I think the bed is one of the best places to enjoy scent.

IMO a waste of a fragrance.

LOL, Duc, to refer to the great legend. That comment caused a sensation.

Sometimes I wear a soothing scent with vanilla or lavender to bed.

Cant remember the last time i didn't wear a scent to bed, i love it! No idea how much of my creed MI i've wasted on myself in bed, quite a lot though =D

About 3-4 nights a week, mostly testing new fragrances. But do I know how much I like it? No, because I always fall asleep before the arrival of its middle stage.
Almost always. Usually it's CK Be on the pillow or Curve along the side of the mattress.

Yes, if I think I have a chance to get lucky with my woman. Which leads me to suggest a new topic...

What fragrance do you chose for intimate encounters?

I won't post it.

Yes! I love falling asleep smelling sandalwood on me, lavender on my pillow, and vetiver on Mr cathodera!

Neither hubby nor I wear fragrance to bed, unless you count the smell of our hand lotions (which are pleasantly scented.)

I tend to sleep alone so bed is my personal haven. I'll wear soothing comfort scents to bed, stuff with lavender, hay and bakery notes that make me dream and snuggle up, so... Pour Un Homme, Chergui, Osmanthe Yunnan (I love the way it smells the next day: refreshing, dreamy, smoky tea), Le Feu D'Issey, Jeu de Peau. I spray myself and my pillow liberally. What's the use of a full bottle if you can't enjoy it in big doses? I always burn a candle (I'm on a sweet hay-scented one atm) or French lavender oil so the air is full of yummy relaxing scent. And I often rub a lavender sleep balm into my pulse points. I ought to mention, I'm a periodical insomniac, hence all the rituals... I agree though that bed is a wonderful place to enjoy scent, we do spend a lot of our time there after all.

Armani Code, mostly because it's decent and I don't want to spray a $200 niche bottle on me before bed.

mmmmm. . . depends. . . when I do, it's either the tail end of my SotE, but now and then it's a small spray of something sweet and gourmand-ish. Guerlain Spiritueuse Double Vanille, Dior Homme Intense - two good ones for sweet dreams. . .

Anything the woman I am with likes and I at least tolerate. Yesterday morning, half asleep, she thought I may have been still in bed ( I had left hours earlier). The fragrance clung to the pillow. It was as if I left some of my "spirit" behind.

I only like wearing MKK to bed.
Slightly OT, but I've recently used Encre Noire as a roomspray and just couldn't believe how soothing it is and how quickly I fell asleep.

You guys are aware of all the chemicals in a perfume i hope? no need to wear it while a sleep.

Why would anyone wear a perfume in bed alone?
