The most obvious one is the animalic musk/civet note.

Gourmand + spicy + soft/powdery + feminine notes = hot (pour moi).

usually gourmands mixed with leather, wood, tobacco. tobacco vanille being an example, the sexiest fragrance i have smelled yet.

any frags that smell good to me IMO smell sexy. Anybody who smells good, I find it sexy. At least I know they've put on a perfume! At least after taking a shower.

there are nice smelling colognes that smell nice but to me are not sexy, like most fresh scents, they are cool but not sexy, sexy i consider something sweet, dreamy, but deep and dark as well. chocolate with coffee and wood for example is sexy.

Bitter chypres with a lot of leather-labdanum-musk: the smell of feminine skin heated up by the lazy morning sun in a languid morning after a vigorous night....Bandit, Cabochard (vintage), La Nuit (Paco Rabanne)

Orientals with a lot of jasmine, tuberose and musk.

Or all kinds of things: Mugler Cologne for example.

It isn't a particular note I'm afraid, but rather a blend* or chord. If forced to chose individual notes in a woman's perfume...

Bulgarian Rose
Black Currant
Vanilla
