Poison Extrait

Has anyone heard about this Poison concentration?

I found it yesterday at french dior website:

Hope that someone here has tried and can tell us how does it compare to the edt.

Never seen it before ! Interesting .I have only had and tried the Esprit de Parfum which is supposed to be extrait.

Mimi Gardenia, I have an impression that this was launched last month. I recently searched on french dior website and didn`t found that concentration. Then, yesterday I saw this one. I'm wondering if it`s closer to vintage poison or similar to esprit de parfum.
What are your opinion about the Esprit version?

Esprit is super super strong. One of the few parfum extraits I can truly say" a drop or two is enough". It's fantastic stuff if you love Poison. I hope they release this new extrait in the US. I prefer the old purple bottle though.

Mimi Gardenia, I think I`ll love the Esprit version so. Poison has a great dark flowers and spices smell on me, and a stronger version would be very interesting...

Interesting.

But, my dear Mimi, Esprit de Parfum isn't parfum/extrait, is it?!
I always thought it was the strenght between EdP and Parfum.

According to this article, Eau de Parfum and Esprit de Parfum are the same!

I've always been lead to believe that Dior stopped making parfum extrait and produced their own Esprit de Parfum . Confused ! I know Dior do still make extrait for Miss Dior .
Oh well , proper Poison parfum extrait is always welcome !

The Esprit de Parfum is so lethally strong, I cannot imagine any other formula being stronger. Literally a swab from one of those plastic vials is enough to scent me for hours with discernible sillage. Amazing stuff.

You said it Mike ! Sometimes just touching the bottle can leave me whiffy with Poison. It's that strong. Wish I could say the same for some other extraits I have tried...........

Scents like Dune is both avalible in parfum and Esprit de Parfum.
So is Miss Dior and other Dior scents. I still believe, it's fainter than
regular parfum ... oh well!

Duckie- thanks for that info - I don't know why I have thought that Dior stopped making extrait. It's good to know and I'm glad for it - I LOVE extrait !
If Dior esprit de parfum is nuclear strength , I bet the parfum is even better........
