lilybelle, you have amazing eyes and wonderful contours. You should have more pictures of yourself taken! And who said a woman can't look both attractive and elegant with white hair?

ForFreddie, your photo is so cool and a massive improvement over the last one (which gave the impression that you were trying to hide yourself as much as possible).

Thank you both! I don't know why I look distressed. I think it's the way the light hits my right eyebrow. If you cover up that side of my face, I look neutral and unemotional (which is how I was when I took it). I do have a history of looking sad when I'm not though, especially as a kid.

Well my favorite training routine is "DC training", lot of good info on google if you search it.

As for diet, if I'm cutting for a show, I count all my macros and calories, low sodium. Mainly will eat boiled chicken, eggs, oatmeal, peanut butter, rice cakes, whey protein and lots of green veges.

During my off season I eat whatever I want as long as it fits my macros for the day.

If I start plateauing in fat loss, I'll throw in some cardio.
