Well my favorite training routine is "DC training", lot of good info on google if you search it.
As for diet, if I'm cutting for a show, I count all my macros and calories, low sodium. Mainly will eat boiled chicken, eggs, oatmeal, peanut butter, rice cakes, whey protein and lots of green veges.
During my off season I eat whatever I want as long as it fits my macros for the day.
If I start plateauing in fat loss, I'll throw in some cardio.
