I LOVE this fragrance...well at least I did until my most recent purchase from Nordstrom. I first purchased TDH back in 2009 and it quickly became my signature scent...I couldn't get enough of...
It took me awhile to warm up to Pure Shot and was even more of a reach as a blind buy. When I first tested it back when it was released I didn't care for it at all due to the projection and...
Although I get quite a bit of apple freshness in the top note, this scent never becomes sweet or overly fruity. In the drydown flowery touches with a woody note emerge, and some vanilla and...
Yes, it's yet another flanker and most of them do smell very similar. This flanker is more of the same, but I enjoy this because the floral note is muted and there's more of a focus on the...
Reminds me of being an 18 year old out clubbing! Haha, its amazing how scents can transport you back in time. Nice smell, girls like it, and definitely inoffensive!
Just saw 17 Again (Fantasy/Comedy, 2009) on TV starring Matthew Perry, Zac Effron, Leslie Mann, and it was surprisingly good! I found myself laughing at some scenes, especially when that Ned character is on the screen.
Paul Simon documentary. Can't remember the name.
Lincoln.
Sweet and Lowdown (1999). One of my favorite Woody Allen movies and an overall good comedy IMO.
Django Unchained (2012) I'm a big Tarantino fan, but this one was kinda meh. Too many plot holes, and ran a bit too long. Another strong performance from Christoph Waltz, and I also liked Samuel Jacksons character. Still good fun, but not one of Tarantinos best.
Amour(wow!)Haneke is a brilliant director(Try The Piano Teacher or Funny Games)
Headhunters-The Coen Brothers go to Scandanavia(the outhouse scene alone is worth the whole thing, priceless)
The Exorcist 111-A superb and scarey flick with the late George C. Scott(forget the crappy 2)
Cold Prey 1,2,3-A very creepy trio of horror films. (Think of a mashup of The Shining and Friday the 13th)
Chinatown-The very best of noir to me. The film is pretty much perfect and the music is incredible
