Which do you prefer and why?

Well, funny you should ask. I was at Henri Bendel today with my family and tried Havana Vanille for the first time. I think this may actually the first vanilla perfume I like; the anise note lightens it and keeps it from being cloying for me.

I asked for samples of Havana Vanille and was given two, but it wasn't until I was on the train home that I looked and saw that they had given me Vanilia instead, which i do not especially like. *sigh*

They are very different. Vanilia is a straight, flowery vanilla. Havana Vanille is a smoky, boozy vanilla. I prefer the latter, but I own and wear both.
