Oh Grabazzi,

On first sniff, you smell of lighter fluid poured on a wet dog
yay, though you make me stink verily for a shortwhile, you change with me
Musky and polite you become, attractive and undeniable, different!

Oh Grabazzi,

let no one tear you down for your top notes
you stink not!

Do you mean Gendarme V? Grabazzi isn't animalic/stinky, even in the top notes..

I'm pretty sure Grabazzi is the only Gendarme with a discernable musky note. Someone once said it was like a rip-off of Old Spice. I get sort of a Dial Gold Bar Soap smell.

I love grabazzi, starts off very spicy and dries down to a subtle soapy aroma. Has much better sillage and lasting power than Gendarme as well....

I beg to differ...on me it has a wet dog smell...i dont necessarily consider wet dog "animalic" even thougha dog is an animal....it stinks on first spray and them turns clean musky on me.... and it is Grabazzi..i own a bottle and use it every day...I have never smelled V....but like we have all discussed several times in these fora, we all percieve things very differently.....some think Kouros smells terrible and others its the holy grail!
