Children of Encre Noire and Dior Homme

Dear basenoters,

Is there any fragrance that mix earthiness of vetiver with sweet base?
Lets say that Encre Noire and Dior Homme would have kids .

I want more vetiver than DH and less sweetness. If it has also Iris and fresh top notes it would be even better.

Any ideas?

For Encre Noir i think you should keep Vetyver, Cashmere Wood in your mixture.
Cashmere Wood in base, Vetyver in middle. for making something similar to Encre Noir you can add Vanilla.
I think Oakmoss makes it very dark if you add it. For topnote, It's not bad if you use Rosemary instead of Cypress
I'm thinking about something like this generally:
Top: Cypress or Rosemary
Middle: Vetyver + Some floral notes(Except Violet)
Base: Cashmere Wood, Cedar Wood, Vanilla

Serge Lutens - Vetiver Oriental (vetiver dries down to a sweet ambery base)
ELdO - Fat Electrician (vetiver dries down to a sweet vanillic base)

+1 L'Homme de Coeur smells really good. Not sure if it's just me, but there's a metallic smell to it, that's oddly appealing. Metallic iris scent?

+1 Fat Electrician. There's some oddness at the very beginning, but the vetiver-vanilla-amber really grows comfy.

Thank you for recommendation everyone. Now I have to definitely sample L'Homme de Coeur and Fat Electrician. Cant find any cheap sample of Vetiver Oriental (which sounds great FWIR) yet. Maybe my time to explore world of niche just came .

For a sweet vetiver I´d recommend trying Vetiver Tonka by Hermes. No iris but a sweet and addictive vetiver.

I would recommend Fat Electrician over Vetiver Tonker because I feel that the vetiver and vanilla notes are better balanced, whereas Vetiver Tonker is almost overpoweringly sweet.

Vetiver Oriental is a really awesome scent, but the vetiver note is blended with iris root, so it isn't like a sweet Encre Noire.
