Good Morning Happy Wednesday

I am in Safari by R.Lauren !

I'm in Feminité du Bois, today again. There are also traces of yesterday evening's dinner-and-perfume with a friend - remnants of Le Temps d'Une Fête in the crook of my left arm, quite animalic, and a very vintage musk, soft, sweet, powdery and fleshy, in the right.

Hello everyone -

I'm in Parfum Privé by La Perla.

Hello comrades ,

I am wearing Bas de Soie from the Serge Lutens range. I am going through an Iris phase and this fits the bill very nicely. Some of my colleagues offered a little cough as I entered the room today, as they have done on some previous occasions when the strangeness of my perfume caught them a little off guard.

Caron Eau de Reglisse Liquorice for me today.

Sestra, so nice to see you back!
Thank you Twolf, it's nice to be here again amongst the gorgeously fragranced. You smell lovely. I've got a tiny drop of Reglisse left in a 1ml tube in the darkest recesses of my cupboard. Might look for it tonight!

Jean Patou - Normandie
Drifting along under the influence of the famous
carnation/amber base of Patou,
this is an elegant way to pass the time on a hot summer's day.
Perhaps a dip in the pool, or a good novel in the shade...

Created in 1935 by Henri Alméras classical soft oriental floral edp with
top notes of carnation,
heart notes of jasmine, rose and opoponax on
base notes of vanilla and benzoin.

Everyone is smelling wonderful today. I wish I could smell that EL on Candy Perfume Boy!

My scent is Success is a Job in NY, which is a very Freudian choice on my part. All I'll say is, say your prayers my husband is successful in NY. He's home for a visit on the 28th.
Kumquat- oooh ! Normandie and such a lovely picture too !

This morning I am wearing Une Rose Chypree - the lovely Andy Tauer's brilliant creation.
RHM- we posted at the same time !
Your husband is in my prayers for success !

Roma today. I gave absolutely no thought to my scent of the day this AM, and found myself standing in front of my fragrances in a hurry. But I'm OK with my choice. It's pretty easy wearing.
House siblings with Petruccijc today, as I am wearing Jo Malone Orange Blossom. Does anyone know if this has tuberose in the mix somewhere? I can't find it in any listed notes, but I swear I can catch a whiff of it sometimes. And that's sad, because tuberose is not my friend.
I had the same thooght as Cello this morning. Roma is my "go to" scent.

Layered Neonatura Cocoon and Acqua Serena, i should just go back to bed because for some reason this combo is super comforting. Probably doesn't help that I am having hot cocoa and a fluffernutter sandwich on *gasp* white bread. lol

Sharing the house with Candy Perfume Boy, wearing Estee Lauder's Pure White Linen, my favorite all-rounder sweet/tart fruity/floral that never ever fails to pick my mood right up. Notes include grapefruit, mandarin, iced rose tea, raspberry, pear, Granny Smith apple, dewy greens, lily, white freesia, white ginger, cardamom, red tulips, rose absolute, honeysuckle, gardenia, tuberose, jasmine, iris, osmanthus, white cedarwood, patchouli and white heliotropine.

Good Morning, all. Jacona, I'd like to join you, please! A hot cocoa with a fluffernutter sounds perfectly comforting right now.
It's 57F degrees and foggy here on the coast and I'm wearing Tom Ford Velvet Gardenia.

I will have to spend a day in a locked up room, working, doing some creative work when my creative mind has been boggled by the end of the quarter grading.
I am wearing a very light coat of Lancome Climat La Collection edition (which means new and reformulated, but I haven't tried the old one) and when that wears out, I will be pulling out surprise samples from my purse!

... and let's hope I'll get this work done!..

This morning:

Rive Gauche Pour Homme by Yves St. Laurent

I have missed this scent. It's been quite a while since I wore it - won't make that mistake again. I forgot how comfortably pleasing it is.

This afternoon:

Shake Shake Senora by D.S. & Durga (from a sample)

Second time I'm sampling this, it sort of smells like root beer candy, and sweaty almonds. It reminds me of those Never Too Busy To Be Beautiful scents: quirky, natural...fun! Not easy to wear though.
I'm feeling luscious in some nice vintage Pois de Senteur.

SoTD was Mirto di Panarea (Yum!... I reviewed it on the blog mentioned in my sig) with a mid-afternoon spritz of Sycomore... and an evening refresh of the MdP.

Hope all are well, it's NOT COOL here. With temps in the 100ºF and above range and heat indices above that, all I wanna do is sleep! Siesta time...yawn...
