Prada Amber Pour Homme or Prada Infusion D'Homme?

Which one would you guys prefer out of the two?
Both lovely, so I'd go for either really. I think Infusion probably edges it for me. It's the *perfect* daytime/office scent. Super clean and simple, but also has character. Quite strong sillage and longevity too.

I like both, but would pick Infusion d'Homme if I had to choose one over the other.

Infusion d'Homme, absolutely. I have Amber PH but haven't used it for ages. I didn't even bring any when I moved from Stockholm, it's still left in my apartment.

Infusion d'homme ...but the new "Infusion de Vetiver" is quite good

Infusion d'Homme

Id rather not wear anything at all

I haven't tried Infusion, yet I'd probably pick it over Amber PH. I own quite a few clean soapy scents, in fact I love some (NR Essence), but Prada Amber is like putting nothing on, why even get it.

Amber Pour Homme gives a more floral soapy vibe in comparison to Infusion D'Homme. Infusion D'Homme on the other hand exudes a "chalky white soap" impression, I did not get much floral from it.

Infusion d'Homme.

+1 on both counts.

Mugler Cologne is a better option for me.

Both are ok, never got anything outstanding out of the two, i like to wear Amber, which is my sotd today, bad thing it's very short lived and has a faint sillage but that's ok i guess i rather enjoy the scent now.
both are very different though.

Infusion d Homme is better....I have it , by the way,.

Infusion d'Homme, it's unique enough to distinguish itself from typical soapy scents. It has great longevity and feels masculine while Amber is a feminine hotel soapy smell.

Prada Infusion D'Homme - definetely. Prada Amber Pour Homme is not only boring, it is genuinely annoying to me with it´s generic clean soap...

You might want to check the female Iris version, and the Vetiver as well - I think those are even better.

I didn't like Infusion at all (which surprised me because I like my soapy scents), and Amber is just okay IMO.

Oh about 4-5. My friend wears this one too, and I can always smell it on him!

They are both interesting and Infusion d'Homme is far more wearable, but I find Amber Pour Homme to be far more beautiful and a much more interesting composition. It is a beautiful symphony of neroli, myrrh (a ton of myrrh!), vanilla, patchouli, and a wonderful suede note. I think those who find it to be short lived are anosmic to the musk used in the base called Nirvanolide. Those who aren't anosmic should find that this scent has amazing longevity and considerably projection, and yet it's always so smooth and soft. A beautiful comfort scent - it's far more than just "soapy." (Infusion d'Homme is far soapier anyhow.)

Neither one. They both suck. They smell like spray starch.

I really enjoy the aesthetic of all three of the Prada scents released for men. I initially disliked Amber, but once I tried it on skin it really won me over. Infusion D'Homme I loved even more-- it has a lot of my favorite notes. Infusion de Vetiver has been impressing more and more each day as well. I bought a HUGE shower gel of Infusion de Vetiver, and it's really helping me to get the the subtle facets of this scent.

I'd really like to see them squeeze out a few more Infusions and keep 'em coming on the men's Prada. Good line and the perfumer is doing something really cohesive and fitting to the aesthetic of the brand.

There's a sale at a department store selling Infusion D'Homme for $67 NZD which equates to around $36 USD! It's for a 100ml/3.4OZ bottle too! Since this thread puts Infusion D'Homme as the clear winner, I'll pop by tomorrow to check it out and most likely make the purchase!

I really liked D'Homme too

Just tried Amber Pour Homme again at the store today. I've decided to hold with my purchase. I need to find out which one I really like because both are just so freaking good!

Amber Pour Homme smells absolutely TERRIBLE on the scent strip. But when you spray it on your skin and you let it dry down, it's amazing. The rain poured and the wind blew, it made the scent even better for me, very classy and very comforting. I'll definitely choose Amber over Infusion when I go to work.

Infusion on the other hand however has a very white chalky soapy scent with absolutely no floral at all to me. I personally feel that Infusion might be more versatile, smells like a really strong luxurious soap, it's noticeable but not too interesting in terms of progression.

I don't know which one will garner more compliments.....sigh confused between the 2
