Did you know it was actually a very dark red?

Mine was always black even in the light, but able to see into it when it's light enough. That looks pretty cool though.

This is a high exposure photo. You would need a very strong backlight to see it with naked eye.
I caught a glimpse of it then took a photo to see it this pronounced.

The bottle was always a very dark purplish red, not black. This is the bottle with the new print/font where the word Davidoff isn't in the form of a signature (like Zino) and is in block letters. The color of the bottle is the same as ever.

The same holds true for several other fragrances as well. If you hold a flashlight right up against the back, or for that matter the front of a GIT bottle, you can see the remaining amount of juice left. You can also pick up a purplish hue to the bottle. Same holds true for Antaeus, and numerous other fragrances, that you might think the bottles to be black. That or the light has a way of distorting the color spectrum. Either way I'm not smart enough to figure that stuff out, but I do know It works.

Get your bottle out of the light!!! It's harming the juice.

I actually thought mine was a navy blue, but then again I am colour blind. Nice photo, by the way.
