SotE: Creed Aventus again. I've received a bottle of 120ml today, but as much as I want to like it, it's just not my cup of tea. If anyone is looking to buy this fragrance, please get in touch via PM, before I put it onto the for sale section. It's NEW boxed, minus 4 squirts.

SotE: Chevignon by Chevignon.

Rosehavn mentioned it above, and reminded me that I'd picked up a bottle and hadn't worn it. Maybe it's just in comparison to the 1920 Extreme from earlier today, but I find this not particularly appealing. As the note says, "very American", and not in a good way, but seems to me to be kind of synthetic and 'shouty'.

Guerlain Vetiver
I put on a bit more when I got home from work, too. Great stuff.

SotD: Aventus. I got a strong compliment from a woman in my office. Lasted well into late afternoon. I am very fond of this one.

SotE: L'Instant de Guerlain pour Homme Eau Extreme. Found it online at an amazing price. It's really too early in the year to wear this one - it strikes me as a November-December gourmand, like holiday baked goods - but oh my, it is indeed really fine stuff. The powdery cocoa opening is a bit much, but the rich middle and drydown is a superb treat.

was Trussardi's Essenza del Tempo for a business trip, but the real star was the Enslaved from the day before with its ambergris deep base still going strong on my wrist after 30+ hours. DIVINE!!!!!!
