Opium - pre-reformulation!
Songes - by Annick Goutal
Cologne du 68 - Guerlain, 8ml decant special from TPC (special thanks to enabler Mike Perez )

OH BOY, OH BOY- my recent purchase of a vintage nearly full 6 oz bottle of Mitsouko EDC arrived today. I had to go to the PO to sign for it- then I drove (dare I say) fondling the box in my lap. I opened it and YUM YUM YUM
Happy dance ensues

KnitAtNite! SIX and a half OUNCES?! How wonderful! What a treasure!

Last night, I treated myself to the LuckyScent sampler pack (includes their new offerings), plus a couple of other samples. Eek!

Hopefully, my purchase of last week should get here today...

Finally purchased AG Myrrhe Ardente. I've been slowly growing to love this smooth, sweetish yet bitter fragrance, and since I own Ambre Fetiche, I just gave in. It's certainly a mood fragrance, and I wouldn't want to wear it every day. But heck, I don't wear anything everyday, so might as well scratch the itch. It somewhat reminds me of Douce Amere, not in their notes or even the same smell, but the same essence or feel. Lovely.

Cello, your new fragrance sounds really interesting! I will have to test that one, as I seem to like myrrh.

It's been a while since I've purchased a bottle, but I have a birthday in October and will treat myself to something. I really want Acqua di Parma Profumo, but haven't decided on the size of my impending splurge. :-)

Hi Grand Duc, I would love to discuss these Dioressences with you when you receive them. I have both versions already and my vintage EdT smells quite different to the vintage parfum... and I'm a bit puzzled. Would love to compare notes, so to speak.

just a last-minute post. I bought TF Noir de Noir and Flowerbomb this month. I was especially thrilled with the Noir de Noir purchase. Not only did I fall in love with the fragrance, it was in NYC during Fashion's Night Out and Tom Ford made an appearance at Bergdorf Goodman. I got the box signed by him and he was so nice and gracious (and as gorgeous in real life as in photos!)

RainDropSparkle- it's a six ounce bottle, with a small amount decanted by the seller- so I'd say it's 5.5 ounces left. Plenty to love. And the EDC has a lot of character for a cologne.

How did I get 6.5 oz.? Must be the heat.

Nevertheless, it does sound like quite the treasure. I'm trying to imagine how big the bottle must be (and making a mental note to try the EDC one of these days).
