Ah it also dispels the myth that Bois Noir was cancelled due to bad sales. It was because they cancelled the menswear line..or rather renamed due to marketing purposes..

Great link! Man, I come away from that interview blaming the American market for Bleu's lack of balls. I think it's clear that Polge would be doing something more our style if he had the choice. Clearly it's the economy. Chanel needs a new frag that sells in places that barely like fragrance. And the relationship of cultural fragrance preferences to "before" or "after" is very apt. Though he left out Japan, where the answer would be "both".

I am DEFINITELY buying a bottle of Égoïste now! It's Polge's pride and joy!
