Where to get fragrance samples?

I've been looking all over the internet to find a store that sells samples, but there are only few good ones, e.g. Beauty Encounter. Great site and the selection is nice, but their international delivery charges are whopping ($39.95 + $3.00 per item) considering the fact that I'm only looking for samples at the moment. Also, FragranceX got samples and free shipping, but they also got a reputation.

Any other suggestions?

I am new to basenotes and i was wondering how i could get some free Female samples so i can try something different.If anyone could help me with this i would much appreciate it.I know there are many out there to try but i have to start some where and am looking to try something new.So if any one can email me to let me know what to do from here you can reach me at my email ddukes402@comcast.net Thanks so Much Debra Dukes any info would be much appreciated
