Cool Water - No Oakmoss but jojobo ester oil?

Was looking at the box on Cool Water today at a store today and noticed that Oakmoss is not listed in the ingredients. Nor was Treemoss listed. However, it does list jojobo esters in the mix. It does certainly smell different than the bottle I received 5 years ago. I didn't buy it and am not really interested it anymore but considering that Oakmoss is essential to a fougere, can Cool Water still be grouped in this category? Also, I've never seen jojobo ester listed in a frag. Is this a cheap filler for something else, oakmoss perhaps?

Hydrolyzed jojoba esters can be found in Bang. A bit of googling tells me that they might act as a fixative.

Cool Water is a Aromatic Aquatic fragrance. Jojoba oil is a Carrier not a note, and i think it doesn't have smell. Many fragrances have Oakmoss but all of them are not the Fougere. For example Acqua Di Gio is a Aquatic. Aramis Devin is a Chypre,...

mb,

Contrary to popular belief, oakmoss (evernia prunastri) isn't always listed on the box, even if the fragrance is saturated with it.

Cool Water is an aromatic fougere, the same as it ever was when Pierre Bourdon made it, and you can smell the effervescent fougereness within seconds of spraying it on.

Zino Davidoff and Cool Water both still contain lots of oakmoss.
