Is this simply Tabarome Millesime?
JC as to what De Pe're En Fils means?

It's basically the Creed slogan on all packaging. "De Pere en fils depuis 1760" (From father to son since 1760).

I don't know where you're seeing it referenced in that way. Sounds to me like it's Tabarome Millesime. Google image a Creed TM bottle and you'll see it.

that's fake.

2 things make me 100% certain of it:
1. It's shrink-wrapped
2. He's also selling commonly counterfitted popular fragrances.

Plus, South Holland is a very high-crime, low income area....
