Imagery from fragrances

Are there any fragrances that bring to mind vivid images of certain places or times? I know I do! To start..

L'instant de Guerlain Extreme

You can also have some fun and perhaps make the pic into a fake ad campaign

Once you get the image URL, just put around it without any spaces and there you go!

MPG's Ambre Precieux. I don't want to post any sexual images but it has a middle eastern vibe to it that feels red and gold. Very much reminds me of Morocco, from it's architecture, market and also Moroccan bathrooms, with lots of lovely ladies giving you...errr....

Couldn't find better pictures, the first one is accurate of the message at least.

Dear Ekovo, the upper pix are Ottoman influences found in Syria (Damascus and Aleppo). Moroccan Motifs are more colorful and the Arabesque is far more intricate. I'll attach some pics later in the day.

Ah, I haven't been to Syria in a while. I don't remember it looking that good. They're certainly Ottoman influences and I can think of Turkey probably having them as well. I'd highly appreciate pictures if you have better ones of Morocco! thanks.

I have tons that I took myself in Morocco. Turkey (Istanbul) is the home of these arts. Expect to be overwhelmed when you visit there. About the Ottoman influences in Syrian cities, you have to go to the old towns in those cities to see the wonders.

HAHA! Are you sure this isn't the ad campaign for Dior Homme? This is exactly what everyone says that I smell like when I wear a sample of it.

Apres L'Ondee:

Strangely enough, I just checked, and the film the image is from (Trip to the Moon) was released in 1902, shortly before Apres L'Ondee was released in 1906.

Petra is an amazing, mind blowing experience. It's hard to explain to people just how humbling it is to be surrounded by such amazing work that was done so long ago.

Anyhow, the only scents that stuck in my head from my visit there were stinky camels, donkeys, dust............... and urine. Apparently most of the visitors or whomever had recently used the caves (former homes & buildings) as bathrooms.

I looked up Dunhill Pursuit and saw that many referred to it as a fresh and soapy scent. Not exactly what I remembered from Petra. haha
