Hi guess,
I have recently came across two bottles of "by man" by dolce and gabanna by a offhand seller in the streets of nyc. I thought I hit jackpot. I was going to swap one and keep one for myself. I did more research on it and have spoken to a few people who has this fragrance and I am sure that I was sold a fake. How do I know it is fake and how can you spot a fake?
1) the insert in the cap is white I am 90% sure of this.
2) If you see many bottles next to each other by some offhand seller, the serial numbers should be different and should be present on the bottom of the bottle.
3) there sound be a plastic ring between the zebra bottle and cap.
I just wanted everyone to know, because I have fallen prey to the lure of these fake bottles. I want to apologize to everyone who wanted to swap with me, I just didn't want to screw anyone over.
