Hi-
I'll be traveling to South Carolina in a few days for a week of business stuff. I'd like to get out and explore in the afternoons. I know this might sound silly, but I'm having trouble picking a fragrance to bring.
When I deploy, I like to bring only one bottle. At first I thought of Gendarme/Mugler cologne, since the forecast shows 90 degree sunny weather the entire time I'm there. The problem is that I'm very much a Kouros/Black Aoud/Rive Gauche kind of guy, and I don't want to smell like Curve/college freshman (no offense intended). I could just bring my stand-by Drakkar Noir, but that seems dated.
Any SC/GA/FL basenoters want to suggest something? I don't know what's really acceptable down there- maybe Kouros is a hit, while Gendarme falls flat; Or maybe l'eau d'issey would be a safe bet. Maybe I should wear nothing.
I'm interested to see what you guys come up with.
