Hey guys:

Every now and then , I end up with a feminine smelling cologne in my wardrobe. I know this is highly subjective, but I have my list of 10 colognes that I think may work better or at least as well for women:

1. Kenzo Power- Super sweet floral
2. Givenchy Insense- natural floral
3. Givenchy Pi- Cotton Candy
4. Blue Sugar- Cotton Candy with licorice
5. Paris Hilton- Insane fruitiness
6. Chanel Allure Sport- I was told it smell girly
7. Lancetti via Condotti- manly peach.... whatever
8. Lancome Hypnose- I thought I smelled something similar on a woman
9. Donna Karan Red Delicious- Ditto
10. Curve Crave- Craving something more masculine

I know that a lot of these have their fans, but this is one guys opinion here. Anybody else have a list of crossdressing perfumes?

Haven't tried Habit Rouge. I like my Rochas Man, so that stays out of the top 10 for me. Dior Homme, yeah, I totally forgot that one! Definitely a top tenner! Cut some eye holes in mama's purse and you'll be set for Halloween LOL.

In no particular order, with no particular ranking:

Knize Ten
Mouchoir de Monsieur
Creed REL
Both Tabaromes, also by Creed
Creed BDP
Chanel Antaeus
Esencia Loewe
Zino Davidoff
Van Cleef & Arpels PH
Trussardi Uomo

further on the list, though exceeding the precise figure of 10:

Rive Gauche PH
Versace l'Homme
Tuscany by Aramis

I mean, most, if not all of the frags on my list are potent yet equally distinguished male scents, neither for the faint-hearted nor for the uncouth, so one can only imagine (and fantasize) about the sensation these frags may cause in perfume extrait strength, maintaining or even further heightening their projection, longevity and sheer powerhouse feel

Ken, glad to see I wasn't the only one who was thinking along those lines. I also thought OP was asking about colognes which would rock even better in parfum concentration. But +1 on Esencia & those Creeds!

Back to OT, I'd add:
Chanel Egoiste
Guerlain Heritage
Guerlain Spiritueuse Double Vanille

Chanel Egoiste
Dior Homme
Dolce & Gabbana By Man
Prada Amber PH

That one should not be on this list.

First time I have heard Trussardi Uomo deemed a "crossdressing or feminine " fragrance......well to each his own I say !

Two that come to mind for me:

Micallef Aoud Gourmet
Guerlain Spiritueuse Double Vanille

yeah i also thought this thread was talking about the concentrations. So confusing
post #13 of 14
I think that the idioms of cologne = masculine fragrance and perfume = feminine fragrance is what threw many of us. I thought too by the title of the thread this was about concentrations as well.
